• Born & raised in Denver, relocated to Colorado Springs in 1982.  Married an Ohioan transplant in 1983 and have been in the Black Forest area since 1994, raising two children.
• Received a degree in Accounting in 1986, began working for a local CPA office and continued through 1991.  In 1992, started working with The Walsh Company, Inc., succeeding a retiring partner (thank you Frank!).
• LeAnn Wilson & Associates, Inc. was formed on January 1, 1999.
• Successfully passed the Enrolled Agent exam in 2001, received and maintain designation and license from the Internal Revenue Service.  Secured the designation of Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA) and Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP).
• Any spare time will find me hiking and camping with my husband and dogs, reading, and travelling to the Seattle area to spoil my new grandchild.

• In 1985, married a Colorado native and have since lived in Colorado most of our married life. We have two teenagers, which tends to keep our life very exciting.
• I have worked in various aspects of the accounting field for years including banking, healthcare & mutual funds.
• I graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelors Degree in Business/Accounting
• I graduated from the Keller School of Management in 2009 with a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management.
• I passed my CPA exam in the Fall of 2009.
• Currently teaching online classes at the University of Phoenix.
• In my spare time, I enjoy skiing with my family, scrapbooking, and gardening.

Cherie Erler, Tax Professional

• Colorado native who grew up on a ranch ‘out east of town’.
• Education Degree from Adams State College.
• After many years in the legal field, I decided to change my career to something less arduous; (What was I thinking?!?)
• Spent 10 years working with H&R Block before joining LeAnn Wilson & Associates, Tax & Accounting Specialists, Inc.
• My spare time is spent with my family (husband and three teen age children), enjoying the outdoors and raising miniature horses.

Mary Pockrus, Tax Professional

• California native who married a Colorado native.  We moved around the states while he was in the service and then lived in the Monterey and then Sacramento areas of California.  We moved to Colorado Springs in 1994 with our four children, all of whom are now on their own.
• Received a Secretarial Degree from Heald’s Business College.  Worked as a claims assistant for the Social Security Administration, and as an assistant in the personnel office of the University of California at Sacramento
• Began preparing tax returns as a favor for family and friends in 1990.  Found that I enjoyed it and decided to make it a career.  I took tax courses from basic through advanced from H&R Block.  I worked for H&R Block for 9 years as a tax professional and Tax Office Manager.
• I have been with LeAnn Wilson & Associates, Inc., Tax & Accounting Specialists, since December 2003.
• In my spare time I enjoy gardening and spoiling my grandchildren
